Conservation Commission approves pool and addition permits at wetland sites

Wakefield Conservation Commission acts on three wetland permits. Chair Paul F. Wendelgass, with Commissioners Jennifer Fanning, Eleanor Axelrod, and Drew Kanouff present, approved standard conditions for an inground pool project at 11 King Street and an amended order of conditions for a one-story addition at 52 Bay State Road.
A proposed 22,900 square-foot self-storage facility at 50 Quannapowitt Parkway was continued to April 7, 2026, at the applicant's request.
