Wendelgass, with Commissioners Jennifer Fanning, Eleanor Axelrod, and Drew Kanouff present, approved standard conditions for an inground pool project at 11 King Street and an amended order of conditions for a one-story addition at 52 Bay State Road.
A proposed 22,900 square-foot self-storage facility at 50 Quannapowitt Parkway was continued to April 7, 2026, at the applicant's request.
