Wakefield Conservation Commission approves residential permits, ratifies enforcement order. Chair Paul F. Wendelgass and Vice Chair Eleanor Axelrod, meeting with Member Jennifer Fanning, issued a negative determination for a 380-square-foot addition at 72 Paon Boulevard and approved Certificates of Compliance for 592-596 North Avenue and 395 Vernon Street.

Homeowners Bobby and Alyssa Leo of 30 Strathmore Road agreed to replace four trees removed without approval; the Commission ratified the enforcement order with replanting required within six months. The Commission continued Pack Self Storage's hearing on its proposed 22,900-square-foot five-story facility to March 3, 2026.
