WAKEFIELD — The Wakefield Human Rights Commission met by Zoom but lacked a quorum to formally approve prior minutes. Three commissioners attended: Kathleen Cain, Jillian Dyment, and Chair Hyon Leon, along with Town Council Liaison Stacey Constas. The commission reported no spending from its operating budget in 2026 and noted funds available in a revolving account and an Arts Council grant.
Minute approval was deferred to the next meeting.
