The Board of Library Trustees completed Director Catherine McDonald's 2025-2026 evaluation on March 9, with most trustees responding that she met or exceeded expectations. McDonald's goals for 2026-2027 include building relationships with new municipal leadership and promoting staff professional growth, with monthly reporting required.
The board also unanimously approved $3,000 for 8 to 10 staff members to attend the Massachusetts Library Association conference May 18-19 in Danvers.
