Wakefield Building Committee approves nearly $10 million in invoices for high school project. The Permanent Building Committee unanimously approved Leftfield LLC, SMMA, Bond Building Company, and UTS invoices totaling $9,991,719.88 for construction administration and services. As of December 2025, the project has committed 92 percent of its total budget and expended 54 percent, with actual expenditures at $147,402,861 against projected expenditures of $122,886,478.
The committee also unanimously approved Internal Change Order 19, a zero-dollar contract adjustment funded through contingency and holds drawdowns comprising 12 line items for mechanical, structural, and finishing work.
