WAKEFIELD — Permanent Building Committee Working Group approves minutes and advances Wakefield Memorial High School project. Chair Joseph B. Bertrand will present four named spaces—Shaun F.

Beasley Track and Field, Governor Volpe Memorial Library, Frank Charbonneau Field House, and Dennis O'Leary Cafeteria—to Town Council for approval at a public hearing on January 26, all subject to the Council's new naming policy. Furnishings, Fixtures and Equipment bids opened January 7 and are due back January 21. The School Department's proposed kitchenette design change awaits cost credit review before further consideration.
