WAKEFIELD — Planning Board unanimously approves ANR Rules and Regulations amendments. Chair Kevin York and members James Hogan, Theodore H. Noell, Bill Spaulding, and Kristin Maria Weekley met February 10 to correct typographical errors and incorporate two additional changes to the Subdivision and ANR Rules and Regulations.
The motion, moved by Theodore H. Noell and seconded by Bill Spaulding, passed 5-0. Town Planner Marissa Meaney also notified the board of a three-session training series offered by the Massachusetts Housing Partnership scheduled for March 11, 18, and 25, addressing local housing development processes.
