WAKEFIELD — Planning Board unanimously endorses lot-division plan at 269 Nahant Street. Chair Kevin York, Vice-Chair Theodore H. Noell, and Member Bill Spaulding voted to approve the ANR for the parcel, which will create a new address, 77 Farm Street, under state subdivision law.

During the meeting, Spaulding flagged whether a four-unit addition to 27 Water Street triggers updates to 40B affordable-housing rules; Town Planner Marissa Meaney agreed to verify and will discuss affordable-housing trust methodology at a July 20 town-committee presentation that includes questions about state-housing-initiative percentage calculations.
