At the February 25 meeting, trustees unanimously accepted monthly secretary and staff reports as Director Catherine McDonald reported the Town Council's enthusiastic endorsement of the FY27 budget on February 23, with a Finance Committee review scheduled for February 27. The board addressed building maintenance issues including a backflow valve leak requiring weekend repairs and discussed a high summer water bill.
The Friends group is planning a book sale May 13 through 16 and aiming to launch after-hours silent auction events beginning in September. Trustees sent director evaluation forms due February 28.
