Wakefield library trustees approve $3,067.96 in staff training reimbursements. The Board of Library Trustees unanimously approved three professional development reimbursements: Lauren Poole received $986.48 each for Public Libraries and Archival Theory coursework, and Amanda DeRosa received $1,095 for professional development training. Director Catherine McDonald reported the library's FY26 budget remains on track and the First Financial Trust portfolio has gained 9.5 percent year-to-date as of May 26.
