Wakefield August Deed Records Show $960,000 Gap Between Lowest And Highest Sale
Wakefield recorded 19 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, with disclosed prices ranging from $350,000 to $1,310,000 and a median of $822,000 among the 10 sales that listed a price. The month's top sale was 19 Belmont Rd at $1,310,000, sold by Stephen and Maureen Morrill to Abigail and Paul Knight. Seven transfers, none with a disclosed price, moved property within the same family or into a trust. Two units at 410 Salem St also changed hands without disclosed prices. With nine of 19 deeds lacking a listed sale price, the available data shows a market split roughly evenly between disclosed and undisclosed transactions.
