The month's top sale was 19 Belmont Rd at $1,310,000, sold by Stephen and Maureen Morrill to Abigail and Paul Knight. Seven transfers, none with a recorded price, moved property within the same family or into a trust. Two units at 410 Salem St also changed hands without recorded prices. With nine of 19 deeds lacking a listed sale price, the available data shows a market split roughly evenly between priced and transactions without a recorded price.
