Wakefield Cable Panel Asks Residents To Weigh In On Service
WAKEFIELD — Wakefield's Cable Advisory Committee has called a public hearing asking residents to weigh in on the town's cable television service, including customer service, day-to-day operations and the fees that support Public, Educational and Government access programming.

The Cable Advisory Committee hearing gives residents a formal chance to testify on how the town's cable provider is performing and on the future of PEG access funding, according to a notice posted to the town's website. No date or time for the session was specified in the posting beyond the announcement itself.
Separately, the town has set a 9/11 Day of Remembrance Ceremony for 9:45 a.m. on September 11 at the Public Safety Building, giving residents advance notice of the annual observance.
