Eighteen Wakefield property transfers were recorded between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, with nine carrying a posted sale price ranging from $15,000 to $1,387,500 and a median of $735,000 among those nine. The month's top sale was 11 Aborn Ave at $1,387,500, followed by 71 Converse St at $1,150,000 and 5 Kathleen Dr at $1,030,000. Several of the nine unpriced transfers appear to be family or trust-related transactions, including two Pirrello family trust deeds on Franklin and Lassell streets. With no street recording more than one priced sale, the data shows a spread across price tiers rather than concentration in any single neighborhood.
