Wakefield Home Sales Span $270,750 To $2.2 Million In July

Nineteen properties sold in Wakefield between July 24 and Aug. 22, according to deeds recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds. Of the 14 sales with a disclosed price, prices ranged from $270,750 to $2,202,500, with a median of $828,750. The month's highest-priced transaction was 13 Parker Rd., which sold for $2,202,500. A single buyer, North Ave LLC, acquired all four condominium units at 333 North Ave. for $950,000 each on the same day. Six of the 19 recorded transfers showed matching seller and buyer surnames, consistent with family or trust transfers rather than open-market sales. Five deeds did not disclose a price.
