Bertrand oversaw approval of prior meeting minutes and review of the four-week construction schedule spanning masonry, roofing, mechanical, and finish work.
Internal Change Order 23 proceeds to the full committee; Change Order 24 awaits finalization. The group resolved to delay the ribbon cutting until late 2027 after Phase 2 completion. A cost dispute between Comcast and the town over WCAT cable installation has been forwarded to Town Counsel Thomas Mullen for determination of responsibility.
