Wakefield Memorial High School renovation working group approves minutes and resolves budget question on cable installation. After dispute with Comcast over responsibility for installing WCAT connection, the team decided to pay installation fees from the "Utilities" line item, acting on legal advice from Town Counsel that the installer bore contractual obligation.
