The month's top sale was 19 Curve St. at $975,000, sold by Arthur F. and Kathryn Louise Meng Elmes to Elizabeth Watt Boehm. More than half of the recorded transfers appear to be trust or family-related transactions without a listed price, including two properties tied to the Pirrello family and two condo units in the same Salem Street building. With a sizable share of transfers lacking price data, the period's recorded sales activity, while numerous, offers a limited picture of true market pricing.
