Zoning Board approves four variances and modifications in single meeting

Wakefield Zoning Board approves four separate applications including variances and site modifications. Chair Thomas J. Lucey presided over approvals for a deck enlargement at 16 Wicker Lane and a 750-square-foot accessory dwelling unit at 24 Grandview Avenue, both with no town department objections.

The board authorized a $1,000,000 performance bond for 200-400 Quannapowitt Parkway to allow final occupancy certification and approved window substitution at 460-472 Main Street from Marvin to Anderson windows while maintaining design specifications. A self-storage facility lighting plan at 50 Quannapowitt Parkway was continued to April 22 pending submission of civil and landscaping plans.
