WAKEFIELD — Zoning Board unanimously authorizes release of performance surety for 200-400 Quannapowitt Parkway development. Chairman Thomas J. Lucey was empowered to notify the Building Inspector that the applicant has satisfied all Special Permit conditions, allowing the final Certificate of Occupancy to be issued.

Attorney Brian McGrail confirmed all town financial commitments, including in-lieu contributions for public improvements and stormwater infrastructure payments, have been satisfied. The board separately approved eight additional Temporary Certificates of Occupancy for market-rate units at 610 Salem Street, a 30-unit project with five affordable units, pending completion of state regulatory approval for affordable housing. The Zoning Board also granted a Finding and Determination for Sloan Realty Corp to install a second freezer unit at 1 Pleasure Island Road.
