WAKEFIELD — Zoning Board continues three applications, hears Water Street mixed-use plan. Chair Thomas J. Lucey led the board through continuances of cases at 35 Stark Avenue (to March 11), 50 Quannapowitt Parkway (to February 18), and 525 Salem Street (to February 18), all pending applicant revisions and external agency review.
Attorney Michael McCarthy presented preliminary plans for Francesco Pasciuto's Water Street Development Trust to convert commercial space to 16 residential units across two buildings at 27 and 450 Main Street while retaining existing retail and a dance studio; the board expressed general support and anticipated formal application submission as early as April, pending permitting completion.
