Wakefield Soccer Association sets a referee training meetup and a coaches' preseason session as fall approaches.

WAKEFIELD -- Wakefield Soccer Association posted new fall-season logistics on its website this week, building on its previously announced registration push for local and travel programs.

YOUTH LEAGUES -- Wakefield Soccer Association is continuing its Genesis Referee Program (GRP) for 12 and 13 year old players who want to learn how to referee. The association has scheduled a drop-in meeting on August 25th from 7 to 9 p.m. for players interested in the program. Separately, the association has scheduled a Travel Coach Pre-season Meeting for 7:00 p.m. at the Heritage Room at the Americal Center. Registration for the association's local fall season programs remains open, according to the club's website.
