Wakefield Home Sales Span $399,500 to $1.31 Million in Late Summer
Wakefield recorded 20 property deeds between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, with 14 showing a sale price so far, ranging from $399,500 to $1,310,000 and a median of $795,000. The period's top sale was 19 Belmont Rd at $1.31 million on Aug. 24. Albion Street saw two separate sales, and three transactions involved condominium units. Six deeds have no recorded price yet, five of them transfers from individuals into same-name family trusts and one a sale to a corporate buyer. The data shows a wide price spread but no single dominant trend in either direction.
