WAKEFIELD — Permanent Building Committee approves $5.4M in invoices for high school construction. Committee Chair Joseph B. Bertrand led the unanimous approval of four invoices totaling $5,477,011.37 for the Wakefield Memorial High School project, including $145,000 to Leftfield LLC, $104,817 to SMMA, $450 to UTS, and $5,226,744.37 to Bond Building Company.

The committee also unanimously approved purchase of new athletic banners for $8,033 and Internal Change Order 23. The project is 67 percent complete with 92 percent of the total budget committed to date.
